FRIZZY FIX
Air dry hair until it is at least two thirds of the way dry before turning the blow dryer on it (if you do blow dry, use a diffuser). Once hair is dry, use your fingers to separate hair into sections and apply gel from root to tip twisting and twirling into curls - this keeps sections tight and prevents frizz.
FLAT HAIR
For a quick fix, apply a styling mousse to the roots of towel-dried hair, then blowdry hair upside down, lifting roots with fingers to promote volume. If you want to try a more permanent change have some natural looking highlights put in your hair - they add dimension and renewed bounce and body.
FLYAWAYS
Applying a sculpting gel or controlling mousse to towel-dried hair before styling helps combat unflattering flyaways. Another control tactic: spritz a fine layer of hairspray on your brush or comb before running it through your hair.
