Apply liner close to the lash line on the top two-thirds of the lid and outer corner of the lower lid. Smudge liner and blend. Draw line along the base of the lashes - not directly on inner rim of eyelid. To create a fine line, use just the tip. For a wider line, angle the pen slightly.How to apply eye shadow:
Apply darker shadow over the eye liner and in the outer crease of the lid. Blend lighter shade outward, starting from inner corner of lid and continuing up and under the brow. Carefully blend the two shadows together.
