How to apply lip liner:Draw a smooth line from the center to the outer corner of the top lip. Repeat on the other side of top lip. Draw a smooth line from corner of lower lip.
How to apply lipstick:
Apply lip color to upper and lower lip. Blend liner and color together to avoid any harsh lip lines. To create a fuller look, apply lip liner along outermost edge of natural lip line. Always choose light-to-medium lipstick shades, frosts and glosses.
To create a narrower lip, apply a small amount of foundation over the mouth. Apply lip liner just inside natural lip line, making sure to define the corners. Always choose soft, medium-to-dark matte lip shades. Dust lightly with loose powder.
