15 Minutes of Cold-Night Comfort: a Delicious Hot Bath

Grab this when you can --- when the house is finally quiet at bedtime or pre-party at 6:00 p.m.
  • Have ready a fifteen-minute tape of your favorite relaxing music, spoken meditation or book-on-tape. It will act as both mood-setter and timer in your mini-escape.

  • Warm your towel near the bathroom heater, to toast you when you come out of the tub.
